Tuition and Shipping Changes:

Vanguard College has historically had one of the the lowest tuition rates of the 17 ABHE accredited schools in Canada.  With this increase, Vanguard and IBOLT continue to offer one of the  lowest tuition rate among the Canadian ABHE schools based on 2007-08 tuition rates posted by other schools.  This continues to represents tremendous tuition value when compared against other accredited institutions.

This Increase to $178 per credit hour represents a 6% increase that is in line with the national rate of inflation. Significant increases to fixed costs have been a reality in Canada in recent years and this increase is in response to this.  As  Vanguard College is the credit granting institution, they set the tuition rate that IBOLT uses in the courses that we offer.

The base tuition rate for each 3 credit hour course will now be $534.  The 1.5 credit practicum courses will have a base tuition rate of $267.

IBOLT is also taking this opportunity to announce an increase to our posted shipping rates.  Effective July 1, 2008.  The posted shipping cost for each course will increase from $20 to $30.  This  move is in response to significant increases from our suppliers for shipping textbooks and study materials.  IBOLT will continue to offer a reduced shipping cost for orders of 3 or more courses for our full time students.
